What Makes Breeze Copilot Unique?

Unlike standard AI tools, Breeze Copilot:

  • Follows you throughout the platform – from CRM records to email drafts to landing pages

  • Learns from your input – remembers tone, formatting, and writing style

  • Integrates directly with content tools – like emails, blogs, CTAs, forms, and pages

  • Supports both structured prompts and freeform conversation – making it flexible for both power users and beginners

Key Use Cases Across HubSpot

1. Summarize CRM Records

Need a quick summary of a contact, company, or deal record? Copilot scans notes, emails, and activity logs to generate digestible summaries — saving you time digging through timelines.

2. Create Content (or Refine It)

In the editor, highlight existing text and choose from:

  • Rewrite

  • Expand

  • Summarize

  • Change tone (Friendly, Professional, Witty, etc.)

  • Apply brand voice

Or type / to bring up commands like:

  • Generate heading

  • Generate paragraph

  • Generate image

  • Generate section (landing pages)

3. Generate Entire Pieces from Scratch

Ask Copilot to draft:

  • Blog posts

  • Emails

  • Landing page content

  • SMS messages

  • CTAs

You provide the prompt; Copilot generates the content.

4. Automate Workflows with Prompts

For example:

“When someone submits the demo form, send a thank-you email and assign the lead to John.”

Copilot builds the automation for you. No need to manually configure steps — just describe what you want.

5. Analyze Emails, Reports, and Surveys

Hover over the Breeze icon to:

  • Summarize marketing email performance

  • Get insights from dashboards

  • Identify trends in customer feedback surveys

6. Access Copilot on the Go (Mobile App)

On mobile, Copilot can:

  • Summarize records

  • Create tasks

  • Research companies

  • Send chat prompts
(Note: Mobile use doesn’t support chat history.)

Personalization with Copilot Memories

Copilot can remember your preferences, including:

  • Your name and job title

  • Preferred writing tone

  • Formatting styles (e.g., bullet points)

  • Recurring instructions

You can add, edit, or delete memory items directly via chat. Example:

“Remember I like friendly tone and bolded key points.”
“Delete that I prefer friendly tone.”

Over time, Copilot becomes more tailored to you — like a truly collaborative assistant.
